In K15 we have been working on placing fractions on a number line from smallest to largest. We have been able to identify the size of different fractions by using our fraction walls. For our number lines we have also made statements. At first we had a bit of trouble articulating what the size of the fractions but with the help of our fraction walls, we were able to determine which fraction should be placed where on the number line.
Mr Wilson gave us some more fractions to complete ourselves.
We had a blast this Tuesday at our South Western Zone Football Champs for 2023. Dylan played at Right Back. Aayaan at Centre Back and Shayan Left Back. Mr Wilson calls us the Green Wall as we are the last line of defence. We surely showed that as we only conceded one goal the entire tournament.
We beat Otahuhu Intermediate 5-0. Defeated Southern Cross 4-1. We had a tough quarter final against De La Salle and scraped through with a 1-0 victory. In the semi final we beat Seventh Day Adventist 4-0. Then we met a confident Koru School that had a strong midfield but we won in the end 2-0.
We look forward to Auckland Champs in Week 8!
